The Top Credit Card Concierge Services, Announced by Creditnet.com

NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 06/23/14 -- Creditnet.com, a leading online resource for credit card comparison and education, today released a ranking of the top credit card concierge services. Designed to take the worry out of booking travel, scheduling special events, attending concerts, or even making big-ticket items, concierge services have been an increasingly hot area of competition between major credit card issuers in the United States. Numerous strong options are offered for today's cardholders.

In reviewing the many concierge options available from credit card issuers across the country, special consideration was made regarding user reviews, official concierge feature lists and descriptions from each card issuer, as well as a comparison of how robust each card service was when requesting specific types of service. Consideration was also given to the customer service experience, with the top-ranked cards all offering domestic customer service with highly seasoned representatives. The top three cards, in terms of their credit card concierge service, are as follows.

Discover it

The Discover it card has long been one of the most sought-after rewards cards on the market, but one perk makes this card a particularly good one to have: MyConcierge by Discover Card. The credit card concierge service helps active card members with everything from booking an upcoming trip to actually helping them plan special occasions. MyConcierge representatives are able to make dinner reservations for card members, as well as find a great deal on last-minute flowers, gifts, and spa getaways. Representatives also have the ability to find concert and sports tickets that a customer might like. Request for concierge services can conveniently be either emailed or called in to Discover's toll-free service number.

Barclaycard Arrival Plus World Elite MasterCard

The Arrival Plus is Barclaycard's top-of-the-line credit offering, and it comes with World Elite Concierge service backed by MasterCard representatives. The service includes all of the standard benefits of high-end concierge consultation: Card members can ask representatives to find hotel reservations, airline tickets, or other travel accommodations on their behalf. World Elite Concierge goes further, however, and offers to help customers find special event locations and vendors, concert and event tickets, and even big-ticket purchase items like automobiles.

As should be expected of any concierge offering, customers are encouraged by MasterCard representatives to get specific: They'll find tickets for specific airlines, new cars in specific colors, rental cars of specific makes and models, and other key requests that lesser services might not offer.

Citi Platinum Select/ AAdvantage World MasterCard

The AAdvantage World MasterCard from Citi benefits from the same concierge service offered by Barclaycard's Arrival Plus. The major distinction in this case, however, is that Citi card members actually have two distinct options available to meet their needs. The standard World MasterCard concierge operator is always standing by to help with purchase requests ranging from travel reservations to rental cars, flowers, event tickets, and much more, but Citi also has another option for Platinum Select customers.

Known as the VIP Desk, the service operators via email, online portal, and telephone support. In addition to requesting concierge service for big-ticket purchases and last-minute special events, cardholders can use the VIP Desk to have a concierge strategically leverage their miles or other rewards so that they get both the best possible product and the best possible deal in combination with their earned rewards and statement miles.

Each of these unique concierge services was designed with the customer's unique, last-minute needs in mind. The representatives hired to perform these tasks on behalf of card members are all seasoned assistants, with a large number of resources available to help customers find the best possible price and a great way to leverage the power of their miles, points, or Cashback Bonus dollars. Representatives are domestically based for all of these cards, which eliminates the language barrier and ensures that concierge services will be delivered with the utmost commitment to professionalism, satisfaction, and great results across the board.

While DevOps most critically and famously fosters collaboration, communication, and integration through cultural change, culture is more of an output than an input. Machine learning has taken residence at our cities' cores and now we can finally have "smart cities." Cities are a collection of buildings made to provide the structure and safety necessary for people to function, create and survive. Buildings are a pool of ever-changing performance data from large automated systems such as heating and cooling to the people that live and work within them. Through machine learning, buildings can optimize performance, reduce costs, and improve occupant comfort by ...

CI/CD is conceptually straightforward, yet often technically intricate to implement since it requires time and opportunities to develop intimate understanding on not only DevOps processes and operations, but likely product integrations with multiple platforms.
