Sentric® Earns Silver Honors for Customer Service in The 2014 American Business AwardsSM

Sentric®, a cloud-based workforce software provider, has been recognized for its superior customer service, earning silver honors in the Customer Service category of The 2014 American Business Awardssm. The award was announced on Friday, June 13, 2014, at a ceremony held in Chicago.

Sentric – one of 10 finalists in the category – offers customers a unique approach to service from first contact through final implementation. Its staff includes dedicated Client Service Representatives (CSRs), acting as a single point-of-contact, as well as technical and product support teams. All staff members work to gain a deeper understanding of each individual customer to not only anticipate needs, but also help deliver the right answer the first time.

Beyond customer knowledge, all client-facing teams are also encouraged to seek certification in key areas such as human resources, payroll and accounting. Currently, more than 70 percent of client-facing employees have at least one certification in such areas.

Knowing that it isn’t always the easiest job to train and retain a talented, service-oriented staff, Sentric has made it a top priority to ensure that its entire customer service team is treated well.
