Soul and Vibe Launches Striker Rush: Champion Edition on Apple's App Store

Soccer Game Now Playable on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- (Marketwired) -- 06/25/14 -- Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (OTCQB: SOUL), "The Company," a video and computer games company, today announced that its "Free-to-Play" soccer game, Striker Rush: Champion Edition, has been released on Apple's iOS platform. Striker Rush: Champion Edition is now available for download on Apple's App Store and can be played on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Striker Rush: Champion Edition is also available on the Android platform. The Android version is available for download on Google Play and on Amazon, via Amazon Digital Services, Inc. for approved Amazon devices such as the Kindle and Kindle Fire. The official launch announcement for Striker Rush: Champion Edition was made during the recent Electronic Entertainment Expo, "E3," in Los Angeles and coincided with the opening match of the 2014 World Cup. The game was developed by 1DER Entertainment Ltd.

"We are thrilled to announce the launch of Striker Rush: Champion Edition on the Apple iOS platform," said Soul and Vibe's CEO and President, Peter Anthony Chiodo ("Tony"). "Striker Rush: Champion Edition is an immensely fun, addictive, and fast-paced, easy-to-learn-and-play sports game. It offers a global leaderboard that is rallying soccer fans across the globe. The game features 42 teams, including all 32 participants of the 2014 World Cup. As you play the game and score goals, your nation's rank rises on the global leaderboard. Striker Rush: Champion Edition is now available on every major mobile platform, giving players all over the world an alternative international tournament to enjoy between the games of the 2014 World Cup."

Striker Rush: Champion Edition is a speed-escalating "lane-based runner" in which you dribble through defenders, dodge obstacles, collect pick-ups, and score goals. Playing as your favorite national team, you compete against a wealth of rival teams for the ultimate in bragging rights: The top-seat on the global leaderboard. Striker Rush: Champion Edition is a "Free-To-Play" game and features in-game/in-app consumable content that players can purchase to customize, and/or enhance, their play experience.

In addition to Striker Rush: Champion Edition, Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. is working with 1DER Entertainment on a second, currently unannounced, title. The game was teased during the recent ROTH Investment Conference in March 2014.

During the first quarter of 2014, Soul and Vibe launched Timeless Gems, a "Free-To-Play" innovative "match-3" puzzle game for Facebook, Android devices, and Apple's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Since its worldwide multi-platform launch, Timeless Gems' monetized content sales consistently have outperformed the industry standard for a "Free-To-Play" game.

It’s worth noting that there are additional, unique advantages that scale-up architectures offer. One big advantage is large memory and compute capacity...
