Wmode and NeoSystems, two privately held companies, are capitalizing on the growing demand for enterprise operations solutions that can be utilized across mobile devices and tablets. The acquisition builds on the 2012 launch of Wmode's enterprise mobility group, increasing its ability to provide scalable solutions and managed services to the growing mobile enterprise market.
