Now in its fourth year, the annual CandE Awards is a benchmarking and recognition program that assesses companies' current recruiting practices to identify, celebrate and raise awareness of those strategies that provide job candidates with a consistently outstanding experience. The first and largest program of its kind, the CandE Awards continues to grow and welcome new participants each year, with more than 170 companies registered to participate in the 2014 North American program alone.
