The deal brings the digital development expertise of Submodal under the mophie umbrella, augmenting the brand's global communications and web functionality, along with its ability to bring sleek, design-driven software to its innovative line of mobile hardware products.

Aside from mophie, Submodal’s experience includes work with Skullcandy, NBC Universal and Stance among others.
