RLMcCall Capital Partners Invests in Case Drilling & Pump, LLC

NEW ORLEANS, LA--(Marketwired - June 26, 2014) - RLMcCall Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity firm based in New Orleans, Louisiana announced today that it has partnered with Dos Rios Partners, L.P, a private equity firm headquartered in Austin, Texas, to acquire Case Drilling & Pump Service, LLC (the "Company" or "Case Drilling"), a provider of fresh water well drilling and maintenance services to contract drilling firms, E&P operators, agri-businesses, residential consumers and municipalities across West Texas. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Case Drilling has a 75-year operating history in West Texas and enjoys strong relationships with a diverse institutional and residential customer base in the Permian Basin. Moreover, the company is well positioned to benefit from the region's continued projected growth. "We are excited to be partnering with Case Drilling and Dos Rios," said Eric Blue, Partner of RLMcCall, "and we look forward to working with Case's talented and experienced management team to advance the Company's successful strategy."

Historically, the Company's service area extended within a 150-mile radius of Stanton, TX and covered Martin, Midland, Howard and Glasscock counties. However, in the last six (6) months, the Company has begun to expand its operations into Andrews County, which lies west of Martin County.
