SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/27/14 -- San Diego-based Artec Consulting Corp. (OTCQB: ACTL) an emerging vertically integrated marketing firm providing affiliate marketing, publishing and strategic consulting solutions, today announced that it has received approval from FINRA for a change of its name to Artec Global Media, Inc. and a new CUSIP effective with the OTC market open on Monday, June 30. The ticker symbol will remain the same.

We are seeing marketers continue to scope out new opportunities overseas and the affiliate channel is one of the most effective ways they can enter new markets.
