The Search Agency Acquires MoFuse

Acquisition Advances Agency's Local and Mobile Marketing Offerings

With this acquisition, The Search Agency now offers a more comprehensive digital marketing solution -- complete with a robust mobile web management platform and search marketing solution -- helping small businesses extend their online presence and better succeed in local marketing efforts. As part of the acquisition, the MoFuse platform will be integrated within The Search Agency's AdMax® Local platform, the first fully-automated platform introduced to enable resellers of paid search to price, build, manage, optimize and report on high quality, hyper-local search campaigns for multiple businesses at scale.

Through the integration with MoFuse, The Search Agency's AdMax Local reseller partners can now also enable local businesses to build and drive traffic to high quality mobile sites. The platform also gives resellers the means to manage both the landing page and traffic generation of their sites, which enables them to better optimize and drive greater leads for their products and services.
