IQTELL Announces Seamless Integration with Evernote for Task Management

IQTELL.COM, LLC has announced the addition of its auto-conversion of Evernote® notes into IQTELL, a powerful SaaS platform for task and project management.

With more than 100 million users Evernote continues to display an exceptional growth pattern. For the first time, many of its users have gained a powerful new option for their most loved note taking app – the ability to automatically convert actionable notes to tasks and projects.

With this recent major update to IQTELL’s web, iOS, and Android apps, users can now have their notes and their productivity, too.

This auto-conversion of notes, dubbed “EN2IQ”, can be best described through a real life example. While taking notes during in a meeting with your team or with a client, simply tag any note that requires action with the “Action” tag, or the “Project” tag if it should initiate a new project, etc. Once a note is saved in Evernote, it automatically appears in the user’s IQTELL workspace as an action, a project, etc., based on the tag applied, if any. So, when the meeting is over, users can rest assured that all that needs to be taken care of is now inside their IQTELL workspace providing them with full functionality of a mature productivity solution to track progress and complete tasks. (The auto-conversion is a seamless IQTELL 24/7 background process.)

Once in IQTELL, Tasks and Projects can be assigned a Due Date, Priority, Context, Time Needed, Recurrence or be Delegated. And, since users can sync their calendars, notes can be easily turned into events on Google, iCloud and Exchange calendars. Email is also seamlessly integrated; so all relevant email communications can be linked to IQTELL entries. Having everything in one place allows an unprecedented level of productivity and peace of mind.

According to Ran Flam, CEO of IQTELL, “Highlighting the response from our users to the new auto-conversion of notes to tasks was ‘Simply outstanding!’ Users now realize they have the perfect combination – the speed and ease of Evernote coupled with the full-featured task management of IQTELL. This is the solution they have been seeking for a long time.”

There is an ever-growing explosion of new devices that are connected to the Internet using “cloud” solutions. This rapid growth is creating a massive new demand for efficient access to data. And it’s not just about connecting to that data anymore. This new demand is bringing new issues and challenges and it is important for companies to scale for the coming growth. See storage differently! Storage performance problems have only gotten worse and harder to solve as applications have become largely virtualized and moved to a cloud-based infrastructure. As the rapid adoption of containers continues, companies are finding that they lack the operational tools to understand the behavior of applications deployed in these containers, and how to identify issues in their application infrastructure. For example, how are multiple containers within an application impacting each other’s performance? If an application’s service is degraded, which container is to blame?
