The new Broker Dashboard from DocuSign gives you and your management team (associate brokers, managers, transaction coordinators, and administrative staff) a more complete overview of transaction activity and agent performance across your entire operation.
DocuSign for Real Estate PLUS, Broker Edition is an innovative system that provides you with an easier way to manage and monitor your brokerage’s transactions.
Easy to measure
The Broker Dashboard puts all of your company’s key information right at your fingertips. Track and compare the status of all your transactions across regions and offices, and measure the data over specific timeframes.
Quickly view the number of transactions that have been approved and closed across your brokerage. You can use the view filters to compare and measure against past activity.
View the total number of new and active listings your team adds to Transaction Rooms. All of the listing prices are combined so you can see the total expected volume.
Keep track of the total number of transactions that have expired over a given timeframe.
See the number of deals that have been lost.
The Performance Ranking panel allows you to quickly see who your top-producing agents are. Use the filters above the listing to view specific information related to performance, and compare that data to other agents or offices within your brokerage.
The side panels in the Broker Dashboard provide you with a look at what’s happening in your brokerage today, as well as quick access to your company settings.
The Daily Activity panel gets you up to speed on new changes across all transactions.
The Company Admin panel displays the number of regions, offices, agents, and managers associated with your account. Click any item to view more details.
