Yardi announced today that Stable International Outlet Management BV will manage its retail outlet portfolio through Yardi Voyager® 7S.
“The company is embarking on a period of growth,” comments Wim Kees Woltering – CEO Stable. “As a result we chose to select a new software platform that could support our strategy for years to come. Voyager 7S will not only help us streamline the business to help drive efficiencies but will help us use retail sales and budget analytics to work closer with tenants and provide greater added value as their centre manager.”
Stable International currently manages a number of outlet centres across the Netherlands and in Germany and has plans to acquire new sites as part of their growth strategy.
Kees Woltering continues, “Voyager 7S will play a critical role in eliminating unnecessary processes associated with using spread sheets but more importantly help us manage the risks associated with the retail environment. We will also be looking to deliver better tenant relations and services by utilising the retail analytics and analysing those against rents, service charges and marketing budgets. We will be using the enhanced analytics that Voyager 7S provides to analyse specific marketing campaign expenditure against sales figures to help our tenants improve their own revenues as well.”
“We are very pleased that the team at Stable chose Voyager 7S when it came to supporting their growth strategy,” comments Richard Gerritsen – regional director at Yardi Systems BV. “This not only serves to demonstrate the scalability of our solutions but also shows how we add value within specific verticals throughout the spectrum of property management.”
