TOTUS Solutions Adds Lighting Industry Heavyweights and Investment/Management Guru to Board of Directors

TOTUS Solutions, a leading provider of outdoor lighting based security platforms, announced today the addition of three new board members—Brian Wald, Ron Lusk and Paul Mullan.

“Brian, Ron and Paul bring immense experience, insight and vision to the table, and that’s exactly what TOTUS Solutions needs,” said Gregory Williams, CEO of TOTUS Solutions. “We have some of the most advanced surveillance technologies on the market, but equally vital to our company’s assertion of leadership in this sector is the collective expertise of our directors.”

TOTUS Solutions has combined into a single integrated solution superior megapixel IP video surveillance, multi-day media storage and secure wireless communications, transforming passive surveillance into Active Deterrence™ to help prevent and deter crime instead of just recording it while it occurs.

“It is exciting to once again be involved with a new, disruptive technology. I believe advanced security platforms will become important differentiators in the lighting industry, and TOTUS Solutions has the vision and capability to enable its customers in this regard,” said Brian Wald.

Wald is the former founder, CEO and President of Fulham Company and is currently a member of the company’s board of directors. Fulham Company is a leading global supplier of electronic ballasts, lamps, lighting control systems, electronic transformers, LED arrays and drivers, emergency lighting, induction systems, wiring harnesses, and custom assemblies.

“TOTUS Solutions’ award winning surveillance technology is a winning solution for customers who truly value safety and security, and I am eager to assist the company in bringing this technology to the lighting industry,” said Ron Lusk.

Lusk is the founder and chairman of Lumetech Group, a consulting firm and commercial distributor of energy efficient LED outdoor lighting solutions. Prior to founding Lumetech, he was the CEO of Lighting Science Group, a LED lamp and fixture manufacturer.

“In an era of enhanced safety and security, where customers now understand the value of active deterrence, TOTUS Solutions is uniquely positioned to take advantage of market opportunities, and I’m looking forward to working with the company,” said Paul Mullan.

Mullan was formally a Partner and Vice Chairman with Charterhouse Group, a privately-owned investment firm that actively acquires and manages middle-market companies. Working with Charterhouse Group consumer sector portfolio companies, he has served as the chief executive and on the boards of Charter Baking, Amerifit Brands, Cellu Tissue, United Roads, Wham-O, Alliance One, Del Monte Foods, and Fleer Corp.
