TEMPE, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- 07/02/14 -- American Green (OTC Pink: ERBB) (PINKSHEETS: ERBB) received word from FINRA last Friday that the regulatory body has completed its review of the company's name change request. FINRA has assigned the company a new CUSIP number -- 02640N101. The effective date of the name change and new CUSIP number was July 1, 2014. No action is required by ERBB shareholders.
