NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 07/02/14 -- PennantPark Floating Rate Capital Ltd. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: PFLT) declares monthly distribution for July 2014 of $0.09 per share, payable on August 1, 2014 to stockholders of record as of July 18, 2014. Distributions are paid from taxable earnings and may include a return of capital and/or capital gains. The specific tax characteristics of the distributions will be reported to stockholders on Form 1099 after the end of the calendar year and in the Company's periodic report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
