Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to its proposed public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
Morgan Stanley, Barclays, and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are acting as the active joint book-running managers for the offering.
