Across Language Server is a flexible, fully configurable enterprise translation management solution that enables global companies in all industries to reduce the time and costs required for localizing documentation, software applications, marketing collateral, and other materials while improving translation quality and keeping costs low.
Across Language Server v6 will significantly increase user productivity through advanced functionality while continuing to maintain translation quality and transparency. Across is launching this new version in response to customer feedback to create a more user-friendly environment with technology updates that increase overall performance with faster processing time and increased productivity features.
Highlights of this innovative new release include:
Redesigned user interface - Users will enjoy an updated and modern appearance while experiencing an easy to use user interface.
Powerful Across Dashboard - Contains straightforward, configurable dashlets that can be freely arranged and grouped in the Dashboard for a personal user experience. With dashlets from various categories, users can get an individual overview of their projects and tasks directly on the start page.
Across Data Cube - This optional add-on enables users to easily extract valuable information for analysis such as translation costs over time, growth of translation volume by language, and data to better manage projects. Users can access the most important analysis data of their translation process directly from within MS Excel.
Project Management (PM) Cockpit -Diverse options are provided for querying translation and project management-relevant indicators. The PM Cockpit comes with a set of standard predefined queries and additional power features for advanced users.
crossWeb Review Mode - This user friendly feature is designed for reviewers who are not working with a tool like Across regularly - e.g. product experts in subsidiaries. The special mode facilitates the review of translations with reduced complexityand helps to embed expert knowledge into the translation process.
