B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen partners with HEADS Innovation to launch cutting edge audio products - the first collaboration to feature DJ Edition by global hitmaker DJ Khaled

Global hitmaker DJ Khaled will be the first collaborator, inspiring a special DJ edition of B&O PLAY headphones. This unique hardware design, which kicks off a series of customized product collections featuring top artists, combines the technical and audio expertise of HEADS and B&O PLAY with the experience and artistry of a renowned DJ and producer to create premium headphones tailor made with the sound DJ's love.

”This is a unique collaboration between a world class brand and a world class artist,” says Madeline Nelson, founder and CEO of HEADS Innovation, whose Audio division in cooperation with B&O PLAY conceived and customized the products.

Why DJ Khaled for this inaugural collection? Because this multi-platinum ”King of Anthems,” who recently teamed up with rap icon Jay Z on the song ”They Don’t Love You No More,” represents all that is authentic, trailblazing and true to the DNA of the HEADS Innovation.

“Our B&O PLAY brand is only two years old, but has already gained a huge following all around the world. The collaboration with HEADS Innovation and DJ Khaled gives an extra dimension to our product portfolio, and we see it as a win/win situation” says Henrik Taudorf Lorensen Vice President B&O PLAY.

”I take pride in crafting a sound based on time, care and, most importantly, the best quality sound on the planet,” says DJ Khaled, CEO of We the Best Music, who wanted to give the listener a chance to hear audio the way he hears it when creating his music. ”Embark on this journey in sound with me...you won’t be disappointed.”

DJ Khaled’s just-released music video for ”They Don’t Love You No More,” features the prototypes of the head phones which will be available in the finalized DJ Khaled tuned version at a later stage. When available they will be sold online via HEADS Innovation as well in selected stores.
