The Canadian Heritage funding amounts to $1.1 million ($550,000 for 2014 and $550,000 for 2015). Funding was granted under the Canada Arts Presentation Fund and will make it possible to offer a wide range of music performances, as well as urban events highlighting street theatre and circus arts.

This funding, announced on July 4, 2013, is intended to encourage sectors of activity that, like tourism, play a critical role in Quebec's economic health.
