Beta Music Group Acquires Viewpon

MIAMI, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/07/14 -- Beta Music Group, Inc. (OTCQB: BEMG) ("BEMG" or the "Company"), Inc., a digital media holding company that provides interactive and digital marketing, social and mobile marketing, strategic media planning, direct marketing and other specialty communications services to promote small businesses, announced today that on June 27, 2014, it completed the acquisition of Viewpon Holdings, Inc. ("Viewpon"). Viewpon (www.viewpon.tv) is a lifestyle entertainment, digital media and listing services website that features small businesses across San Francisco, Sacramento, Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.

"Launched over four years ago, the Viewpon digital media platform and television show has created instant success for small and medium-sized local businesses along the west coast. We have worked closely over the past several months with Viewpon's executive management and are excited to be working together regarding this expansion. The mobile applications are forecasted to be released by during the fourth quarter of 2014. They will be working with our financial communications partner, CSIR Group, LLC, previously announced in February, in serving as a liaison to the investment community.
