(the "Corporation" or the "Jean Coutu Group") (TSX:PJC.A), is pleased to announce the election of Mr. Andrew T. Molson on the Corporation's Board of Directors. Mr. Molson has been elected at the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders held today.
Mr. Molson is Chairman of the board of RES PUBLICA Consulting Group Inc., an holding and management company of leading professional services firms offering strategic public relations counsel to a wide range of businesses, namely NATIONAL Public Relations Inc., Canada's largest public relations firm and Cohn & Wolfe Canada, another industry leader.
