ROTTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS -- (Marketwired) -- 07/10/14 -- CGI (NYSE: GIB)(TSX: GIB.A) and client ProRail, a Dutch railway network operator, received the SAP-Microsoft Unite Partner Connection Innovation Award on June 4, 2014, during the SAPPHIRE NOW Orlando 2014 conference.
CGI developed a mobile application in collaboration with ProRail that enables the company to manage maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) work in an easy, quick and affordable way. Sake Algra, senior vice president for CGI in the Netherlands, noted: "We are extremely proud of winning this award. Our collaboration with ProRail has led to a truly innovative solution that is generating significant benefits for ProRail.
