Digital Clarity Group (DCG), the research-based advisory firm focused on customer experience management (CEM), announced that Hollis Thomases, a recognized thought leader in the digital marketing, ad tech, and agency spaces, has joined the company as Principal Analyst. Thomases will be driving DCG’s coverage of the digital ad-marketing ecosystem, ad technology systems and platforms, and service providers specializing in marketing/advertising.
Thomases is a 16-year digital advertising and marketing veteran. She ran her own digital marketing agency for 15 years, authored a book on Twitter marketing, and has written extensively about digital disruption in marketing for outlets like Inc. magazine and ClickZ. “DCG’s readers and clients will benefit from Hollis’s wealth of practical been-there-done-that experience and insight,” noted DCG president Scott Liewehr. “We believe that agencies and integrators increasingly hold the keys to successful digital transformation for organizations of all sizes. With Hollis on board we can deliver actionable guidance to both the agencies and the companies who engage them.”
