LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/10/14 -- Diagnostic Imaging International Corp. (OTCQB:DIIG)(PINKSHEETS:DIIG) ("DIIG"), a provider of advanced fixed-base and remote medical diagnostic imaging services to clients across the U.S. and Canada, today announced that it will have a new name and stock symbol with the open of business on Friday July 11, 2014.
On Friday July 11, 2014 the new name of the company will be Medical Imaging Corp. The company will trade under the symbol OTCQB: MEDD. In addition the company's new website will now be available at www.medimagingcorp.com. Investor inquiries can now be emailed to [email protected].
