Prompt Launches New Social Media Division and New Social Listening Service

Prompt, a transatlantic technology PR and digital coaching agency, has launched a new social media division and service called Prompt Social.

Prompt Social analyzes discussions across Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Google+ and provides business-relevant actions relating to customers, competitors and target audiences. It is based on several technologies and processes including a database of 300 billion tweets, computer learning and advanced linguistics, sophisticated hashtag analysis and site-specific tools to work with sites such as LinkedIn to measure attitudes across billions of social interactions and provide relevant business- data to B2B and B2C marketers.

The new social analysis and listening services will be sold to brands and businesses keen to understand the conversations, sentiment, attitudes and opportunities presented to them by consumers, users and citizens. The service enables planning before product launches, pre- during and post-event analysis, business-relevant social media metrics and campaign impact analysis.

Prompt Social’s new service utilizes technologies and tools with a methodology that scales to handle the volume, variety and pace of social media. The output is actionable analysis for brands, businesses and vendors based on genuine conversations that are being shared on social media platforms.

The social listening service will give marketers and organizations the ability to:

  • Understand what consumers, citizens and prospects are discussing
  • Measure marketing campaign effectiveness and reach and report on market attitudes for new products, marketing campaigns and marketing activities
  • Make sense of the sheer volume of social media data
  • Modify their conversations, products, services or customer services to build trust, engage and drive revenue opportunities
  • Gauge real-time customer sentiment about specific services, campaigns, events and promotions
  • Identify key social influencers and the most effective ways to leverage them
