Senior Retail Technology Executive Kim Eaton Joins GuestLogix Board of Directors

Esteemed Retail and Hospitality Industry Expert Brings Immense Talent as Independent Director

GuestLogix Inc. (TSX: GXI), the leading global provider of onboard retail and payment technology solutions to airlines, rail operators and the passenger travel industry, today announced the appointment of Kim Eaton as an independent director on its Board of Directors, effectively immediately. Most recently, Eaton was EVP and General Manager of NCR's Hospitality business unit. The appointment of Ms. Eaton expands the board to 7 directors, 4 of whom are now independent directors.

Ms. Eaton has served in several senior executive positions at NCR Corporation, most recently as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Company's Hospitality Group where she oversaw the US$620M line of business. With over 25 years of senior-level retail technology experience, Eaton has headed a wide-ranging set of corporate divisions including, marketing, consultancy, field operations and human resources. In addition to NCR Corporation and Radiant Systems, Eaton held senior positions at RedPrairie Corporation, BlueCube Software and Andersen Consulting.

Eaton currently resides in Alpharetta, Georgia just north of Atlanta.
