DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 07/16/14 -- Cooper Clinic Platinum, the concierge medicine practice at Cooper Clinic in Dallas, is expanding its physician team with the addition of Emily Hebert, MD. Cooper Clinic Platinum members have access to their own personal physician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to address preventive and primary care needs. Dr. Hebert joined Cooper Clinic as a preventive medicine physician specializing in internal medicine in 2012.

The Platinum practice was launched in 2010, with Michael Chapman, MD and additionally Reuben Elovitz, MD in 2013.

Before joining Cooper Clinic in 2012, Dr. Hebert was most recently an internal medicine hospitalist at Baylor University Medical Center and was awarded the 2011 Texas Medical Association (TMA) Anson Jones, MD, Award in the Physician Excellence in Reporting category for her work as the medical expert on the local ABC affiliate, WFAA Channel 8. Dr. Hebert previously served as a pediatric hospitalist at Our Children's House at Baylor. She graduated from the University of Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts in History and earned her medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). While completing her internal medicine and pediatrics internship and residency at UTHealth, she served as chief medical resident. Dr. Hebert is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is licensed by the Texas Board of Medical Examiners.
