CALABASAS, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/16/14 -- RPMC, the events management and sponsorship activation company, has been selected as one of the country's Top 100 Event Agencies by Event Marketer magazine following a competitive review of hundreds of submissions from agencies in North America by the magazine's editors.
"We are thrilled to be recognized by Event Marketer for being worthy of inclusion on this list," said Kelly Weinberg, executive vice president, RPMC and head of the company's U.S. operations. "We had an incredible year in 2013 thanks to a strategic decision to focus on the industry we love and understand incredibly well: music and entertainment. That the editors called us out for that is truly rewarding."
Event Marketer magazine reports that experiential budgets are expected to rise five percent this year with 65 percent of brands saying the increase is coming directly from other parts of the marketing mix.
The projects noted by Event Marketer include RPMC's production of Britney Spears Listening Launch party, the Justin Timberlake flyaway, Kings of Leon in London event and Pitbull New Year's Eve. New clients included Pandora and Sony Music Entertainment.
The list, published in the June 2014 issue, is in its 12th year. This is RPMC's seventh inclusion in the compilation. The agency was selected in 2012, 2011, 2010, 2005, 2004 and 2003.
