Walter Energy Declares Quarterly Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, AL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/17/14 -- Walter Energy, Inc. (NYSE: WLT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.01 per common share payable on Sept. 5, 2014, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 11, 2014.
