MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/21/14 -- NAV CANADA will present $100,000 to Hope Air to support their mission to provide free flights to help Canadians who need non-emergency healthcare not available in their local communities. The donation stems from funds raised by NAV CANADA Controllers and other employees in Toronto and matched by the Company. It will be the largest donation in Hope Air history as a result of an employee fundraiser.
The ceremony will include the Hickey family, Hope Air clients from St John's NL, who are in Toronto for their two young boys' treatments at SickKids Hospital.
