Zapoint, Inc., the leader in career management software solutions, today announced that it has named Joseph Brooks as chief executive officer (CEO). Brooks takes over the helm from Chris Twyman, who served as Zapoint’s CEO for seven years and now retains his title as founder and chairman to focus on forging strategic partnerships for the company.
Brooks joined Zapoint in 2007 when he teamed up with Twyman to kick-start the company. Since its inception, Brooks has played an instrumental role in developing Zapoint’s patented technology. As general manager and chief operating officer, Brooks managed customer relations, led the product and commercial teams based in the United States and Europe, and contributed to the company’s overall growth.

Prior to joining Zapoint, Brooks worked in the real estate industry in London managing multiple sales teams and focusing on leadership and performance development. Brooks has a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from University College London and a Masters degree from Hult International Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
