Soon after its mid-2013 release, Yardi Voyager® 7S became the solution of choice for clients attracted to the platform’s browser-independence, tablet compatibility and ability to add other Yardi solutions to create a full business solution. More than 1,000 clients have adopted Voyager 7S, with the number growing daily.
Realcomm Conference Group LLC acknowledged this evolution by awarding Voyager 7S the prestigious Commercial Real Estate Digital Innovation (“Digie”) Award for Best Real Estate Technology Innovation on June 18 at the Realcomm & IBcon 2014 Conferences in Las Vegas.
Realcomm has been handing out Digie Awards since 1999 with a main purpose of recognizing companies, real estate projects, technologies and people that have gone above and beyond to positively impact our industry through the use of technology, automation and innovation. Digie categories include Best Use of Automation, Real Estate Technology Innovation and Digital Impact (individual innovators).
“Innovation is a core value at Yardi, and it’s always an honor to receive recognition for our efforts to create new industry best practices. We’re delighted with this special validation of the value we deliver to our clients,” said Terri Dowen, senior vice president of sales for Yardi.
Yardi has won six technology Digie Awards since 2005. Yardi executives also received Digital Impact Awards for individual innovation in 2009 and 2004.
“We are pleased to award Yardi this year’s Digie Award—they continue to lead in respect to innovation and have been committed to this industry consistently for 30 years,” said Jim Young, co-founder and CEO of Realcomm. “It is rare when you have a large company that remains proactive and agile while at the same time offering the stability and commitment of a mature industry leader.”
