Former Deloitte Partner Joins Charles River CFO

Jane Lin Joins Finance Consulting Firm to Lead Technical Accounting Services

NEWTON, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/22/14 -- Charles River CFO, Inc. (CRCFO), an independent financial consulting firm, today announced Jane Lin has joined the executive team as senior vice president, Strategic Transaction Services (STS). With more than 20 years of technical accounting experience, Jane will lead the CRCFO technical accounting team providing services related to:

  • IPO readiness (technical accounting, audit preparation, SEC compliance)
  • Mergers and acquisitions (due diligence)
  • Divestitures

Prior to joining CRCFO, Jane was an audit partner at Deloitte where she focused on multinational public companies and privately-held corporations in technology, software and internet solutions, biotechnology, life sciences, and manufacturing industries. Jane has significant experience with US GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting and filing requirements (including IPOs, secondary offerings, and other debt and equity placements). She is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
