MIAMI LAKES, FL--(Marketwired - July 24, 2014) - RecruiterNetworks.com, (www.RecruiterNetworks.com), now has local job-board websites in 1,020 cities including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico plus a regional New England site.
"While our career websites have connected hundreds of thousands of job seekers with employers and recruiters over more than a decade, we were in only 27 cities and major markets until 2011, when I purchased the company," says Richard B. Alman, principal of Recruiter Media, Inc. and chief career/employment strategist.
Since then, he has purchased nearly 1,000 individual city URLs, such as www.BostonRecruiter.com and www.NewYorkRecruiter.com, which streamlines the job-seeking process for users interested in a particular geographic location.
"I had the entire platform re-engineered to enable accurate and reliable management of the additional city-web sites," he says. "Next, we'll expand to Canada, and then we'll set our sights on 500 international business cities."
Recruiter Networks is the world's only national, city-specific job board, allowing both employers and those looking for work in the same city to quickly and easily find each other.
"The universal websites just don't work for employers who don't want to pay moving costs and job hunters who don't want to, or can't, move," Alman says.
The site is free for job seekers, who post their resumé́s and the types of jobs they're looking for. They receive daily alerts when a potential match is found, or they can just browse the job boards.
Employers and recruiters get the precision-focus benefit of a local classified-ad page at an affordable price. It costs $99 to post a single job for 30 days; $199 to post an unlimited number for 30 days; or $499 for a yearly unlimited subscription and receive a stream of qualified candidates.

The first path is the heritage trail – with “legacy” technology forming the background. Here, extant technologies are transformed by core IT teams to provide more API-driven approaches. Legacy systems can restrict companies that are transitioning into digital enterprises. To truly become a lea...
