MONACO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/24/14 -- Navios Maritime Partners L.P. ("Navios Partners") (NYSE: NMM), an owner and operator of dry cargo vessels, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution of $0.4425 per unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. This distribution represents an annualized distribution of $1.77 per unit.
The cash distribution will be payable on August 13, 2014 to unit holders of record as of August 8, 2014.
