According to a new Glassdoor survey, 92% of job seekers are more likely to apply for a job opening at a company that has been recognized for being transparent. In addition, those job seekers are more likely to accept a job offer from a transparent company.
Other highlights of the survey include:
- 95% of job seekers said that when they are evaluating a specific company or job offer, it is important that the company is open and transparent
- 95% also said it is important to them that the company is responsive to feedback
- 76% said it was important that the responses come directly from the company's CEO or executives
- 69% of people said it was very important to work for a company that embraces transparency
