3H Ownership Group Earns Marriott's Partnership Circle Award for 2014

Ownership Group of the Fairfield Inn East Ridge, TN Hotel Honored With the Prestigious Award at the CFRST Conference

To select the winners, the ownership group must have a minimum of 10 CFRST hotels open, 3 of 5 CFRST brands open in their portfolio, a portfolio GSS average of 82% or higher, no more than 5% of hotels in the red zone, at least one new deal in the pipeline between July 2012 and December 2013, and must be in compliance with renovation standards.
