Free2Luv(TM) Premieres Gripping Anti-Bullying PSA at Indianapolis' Brickyard 400, a NASCAR Event

'Anti-Bullying Organization Puts a Red Flag on Bullying at This Year's NASCAR's Brickyard 400, the World's Second Largest Sporting Event'

SEATTLE, WA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/25/14 -- Cardinal Energy Group, Inc. (OTCQB: CEGX) -- One out of every three children experience some form of bullying and over 160,000 students stay home from school every day because of it. Further, 20% of high school students say they have seriously considered suicide. Some have even followed through. Free2Luv™ believes this epidemic needs to stop.

Free2Luv has created an "I Care, Do You?" PSA to demonstrate the scarring and lasting impact bullying has on our youth, robbing them of their innocence and emotionally stripping them of their wellbeing. "Our mission is to use music & entertainment to raise self-esteem and re-instill hope in our youth so that no young person is left feeling alone, unwanted, or less than perfect just the way they are," says Co-Founder and President, Tonya Sandis.

I Care, Do You premieres July 25 -27, 2014 at NASCAR's Brickyard 400, the second largest sporting event in the world. With an expected 2.4 million impressions, this important bullying prevention message will be featured on Grazie Media's Jumbo-tron video screen strategically placed at the perimeter of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. In addition to launching I Care, Do You, Free2Luv is premiering in collaboration with teen rock sensation Haunted By Heroes and Cardinal Energy Group, Inc. (OTCQB: CEGX) an anti-bullying music video titled 'Stomp It Out'. Throughout the Brickyard 400 three-day event, the PSA and music video will air over 160 times encouraging youth to stand up, speak out and let their voices be heard.

Stomp It Out is a global public awareness campaign designed to connect youth everywhere to know the power of their words and actions and to choose to rock LUV not hate. For more information about the campaign and a FREE download of the tune, visit http://free2luv.org/stomp-it-out/.

"Our goal is to start a nationwide movement of youth standing up and making a difference together, using their voices for good," says Free2Luv Co-Founder and President, Tonya Sandis. "We are passionate about creating a braver, safer, kinder place for our youth and are honored to be collaborating with Haunted By Heroes, Grazie Media and Cardinal Energy Group to spread this important message and take one more step towards ending the bullying epidemic."

"We're very excited to be sharing Stomp It Out at Brickyard 400, a NASCAR event, to let kids everywhere know that bullying is not cool and together through music we can stomp it out," Haunted By Heroes said in a collective statement.

"On behalf of Grazie Media, we are honored to partner with Free2Luv in raising awareness for this anti-bullying campaign. Bullying is such a massive issue in the midst of our youth today, and we wholeheartedly believe in running this PSA in order to bring attention to Stomp Out Bullying," says Vanessa Wojtala CEO, Director of Programming.

Timothy Crawford, CEO of Cardinal Energy remarks, "Our management team at Cardinal Energy strongly believes that we have a personal and a corporate responsibility to raise awareness of this sad phenomenon. Our company's presence in the public arena will allow us to encourage our partners in corporate America to recognize and help in this noble cause. About Cardinal Energy Group, Inc.
Cardinal Energy Group, Inc. is a U.S producer of oil and natural gas within the United States. The Company is based in Dublin, Ohio. Cardinal focuses on known formations that have significant proven reserves remaining that can be produced economically. Cardinal targets fields with wells that may need remediation due to neglect or undercapitalization. We select prospects that offer a strong up-side for production. The upside we seek in a prospect is twofold -- it must have the potential to be restarted or have its current production increased using newer technology and remediation methods and; it must also have additional lease acreage which can be further developed by completing development wells adjacent to existing producing wells. Cardinal exploits these undervalued assets by acquiring a majority working interest in the prospect and then applies the Company's calculated development plan. Cardinal also seeks acquisitions of over-leveraged companies when there is a clear upside from their purchase based on strong commodity prices. The Company operates throughout the Continental United States. More information on Cardinal Energy Group, Inc. is available at www.cegx.us.
