LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwired) -- 07/25/14 -- National Automation Services, Inc. ("NAS") (OTCQB: NASV) announces today that the Company has selected the NYSE Amex Equities (American Stock Exchange) to complete the previously announced up-listing.
NAS has received the American Stock Exchange application and is currently working on its completion. Management believes that the move to a larger exchange will bring new investors, financing, acquisitions and other opportunities for growth that are not available on the current market.
Our primary goal, as we move forward, is to increase shareholder value through a series of strategic acquisitions as we move to a larger exchange. When we emerge, we expect to have the capability to trade more in line with our true value and fully realize our combined earnings and revenue. No assurances can be provided as to when or if we will be able to move to the American Stock Exchange, but that is our main focus right now.
In addition, NAS has engaged three consultants, a website development and hosting service to develop our website and make it a world class website reflecting our change into a large diversified domestic oil and gas services provider. This will allow NAS to gain better visibility and credibility among investors and acquisition targets in the future.
As we complete these stages we will inform shareholders, but do caution that communication will be limited at some point to ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC and American Stock Exchange regulations.
NAS President Bob Chance stated, "It is very exciting times for NAS as we make preparations to move from OTCQB to the AMEX. The benefits to the Company and our Shareholders will realize a much better alignment of our valuation to our share price, and gives greater exposure and accessibility to the investment community who cannot trade our equity right now because of existing restrictions. We are going to emerge as a new Company which is positioned to grow shareholder value. I appreciate all of the long term supporters we have had over the years as we are finally arriving at the station."
