Agility Multichannel, whose Agility® MDM for Product Data/PIM software empowers manufacturers, distributors and retailers around the world to conquer the complexities of commerce, today announced that it had received the top ranking for “customer satisfaction” in the latest MDM Landscape report from independent research firm The Information Difference. For its overall technology, Agility rated an extremely close second place, positioning it above offerings from a large field of leading, global MDM vendors including IBM, Informatica, Oracle and SAP.
The founders of The Information Difference helped shape the MDM industry and have in-depth, global MDM project experience. President and CEO Andy Hayler commented, “Agility Multichannel’s number one ranking in customer satisfaction and their high technology score attest to their long-term commitment to providing an MDM solution that makes business users happy. Respondents noted the product's flexibility and ease of use and gave high scores to the support team. Customer satisfaction is the true test of any technology, and to come top of a survey based on a large sample of references speaks volumes.”
Agility Multichannel CEO Richard Hunt added, “We’re committed to listening to our customers and following a roadmap inspired by them. Their input and creativity have challenged us to provide the most sophisticated and simplest-to-use tools for extracting and leveraging value from product data. No recognition is more important to us than customer satisfaction. We couldn’t be prouder.”
