iSIGN Media and its Distributor GraphicMedia Announces the Signing of a Reseller Partner Agreement with Keyser Industries

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/28/14 -- iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ISD)(OTCQX:ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America, and its distributor for the Americas, GraphicMedia, Inc. ("Graphic") is pleased to announce the signing of a Partner Network Reseller Agreement ("Agreement") with Keyser Industries Inc. ("Keyser") (collectively the "Parties").

The Agreement commences immediately and performance metrics are reviewed annually.

Under the terms of this Agreement, Keyser is authorized to market and sell iSIGN's hardware and software technology throughout the United States of America. The signing of Keyser as a Reseller Partner comes at a pivotal time as iSIGN prepares to go into mass production of its Smart Players which are ideally suited to support digital drive through menus at Keyser's iconic industry market clients, coupled with iSIGN's patented legacy imbedded iSIGN mobile proximity communication platform.

This Agreement is in addition to the exclusive installation and deployment rights agreement that iSIGN and Keyser signed in December 2012, that granted Keyser the exclusive rights for the installation and deployment of the Company's Smart Antennas in North, Central and South America for the Quick Service Restaurant ("QSR") channel.
