LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - July 29, 2014) - Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) -- FCm Travel Solutions is now deploying to clients its new and improved travel risk management (TRM) solution FCm Secure.
The strategic deployment follows the launch announcement earlier this year in London for the expanded FCm Secure program, which is powered by iJET International.
Since February, FCm has been busy completing the development and trial phases for Secure and is now ready to progressively roll the tool out more broadly to its corporate customers.
FCm Secure is a triple-tiered program, offering free and paid options for customers. The program includes FCm Secure Start, which is a fundamental program for FCm clients that acts as a starting point for building a customer's individual TRM program; FCm Secure Protect, which is the combination of the base, FCm Secure Start offering and additional paid features, and FCm Secure Outreach, which is a global response hotline available for eligible clients that require crisis support above and beyond FCm's regular after-hours emergency services.
At the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Convention 2014, Los Angeles, the FCm Secure team will be running a number of demonstrations alongside iJET to show clients how the product works and what is unique about FCm Secure.
FCm's Senior Director of Global Travel Risk Management Charles Brossman said the product demo offers clients an excellent opportunity to see what's unique about FCm's approach to travel risk management.
"The feedback we've had from clients trialing the tool to date has been excellent," Charles said. "FCm customers immediately achieve cost savings with our TRM product as they inherently get more tools and intelligence through FCm Secure Start than any other TRM offering in the marketplace."
iJET International Vice President Travel Partnerships, Theresa Thomas, said representatives from iJET would be joining FCm at GBTA to offer additional service support and to talk further about FCm Secure Protect.
"Our partnership with FCm has grown as a result of the launch of FCm Secure in London in February," Theresa said. "We're looking forward to GBTA where we will be able to show customers how FCm and iJET's unique combination of automation, better travel risk intelligence and higher levels of response services are building strong TRM programs for clients and importantly ensuring corporates are meeting their duty of care obligations."

Container technology is sending shock waves through the world of cloud computing. Heralded as the 'next big thing,' containers provide software owners a consistent way to package their software and dependencies while infrastructure operators benefit from a standard way to deploy and run them. Containers present new challenges for tracking usage due to their dynamic nature. They can also be deployed to bare metal, virtual machines and various cloud platforms. How do software owners track the usag...
