SHI International Corp., one of North America's top 20 largest IT solutions providers, recorded revenue of $2.57 billion for the first half of 2014, a 12 percent jump year over year.
“Our year-to-date sales growth not only highlights SHI’s commitment to matching our customers with the best IT solutions, but reflects the continued momentum of our company’s incredible progress over the last five years,” said Thai Lee, President and CEO of SHI International Corp. “SHI was a $2.3 billion company in 2009, but today we’ve exploded into a $5.1 billion enterprise with continued growth on the horizon.”

The company also saw significant international revenue growth, with SHI Canada up 7 percent and SHI U.K. up 24 percent compared to 2013.
“While Microsoft remains one of SHI’s key partners (year-to-date revenue jumped 27 percent year over year), we have also continually expanded our service offerings into new fields over the past five years,” said Lee. “Our datacenter business has thrived since 2009, with overall data storage revenue up 900 percent, datacenter software sales increasing by 350 percent, and EMC storage sales jumping more than 1,000 percent. Additionally, as organizations continue to capitalize on the cloud and virtualization, we’re well positioned to fulfill their needs and will optimize this new delivery method by welcoming new vendors, partners, and ecosystems.”
