Spackman Equities Group Grants Stock Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/30/14 -- Spackman Equities Group Inc. ("SEGI" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SQG) announced today that the board of directors has, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, granted stock options to five directors of the Company to acquire up to an aggregate of 8,945,000 common shares of SEGI ("Shares") under the Company's stock option plan (the "Plan"). The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.135 per Share and shall expire five years from the date of grant or earlier in accordance with the Plan.
