NEW YORK, July 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- MediaMath, the creator of the TerminalOne Marketing Operating System™ for digital marketers, today announces the appointment of Ross McNab as Managing Director, North America, and Jake Engwerda as Vice President Sales, North America, to lead its growing sales organization.
The pair, which joins the respected senior management team of industry veterans and innovators, will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to further grow MediaMath's market share. McNab will report directly into Erich Wasserman, MediaMath's Global CRO and Engwerda will report directly into McNab.

An entrepreneurial digital media professional with more than ten years of global experience from roles in Sydney, Hong Kong, and New York, McNab was most recently the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Kinected, MediaMath's local Australian partner. There, he oversaw commercial operations, growing Kinected into the market leader in Australian ad tech solutions. Adept with agency customers and direct marketers alike, McNab has led MediaMath to gain a leadership position in the local market. Before launching Kinected, he oversaw global agency group relationships for MediaMind (Sizmek) out of New York and incubated their programmatic trading business.

He was most recently head of North American, APAC, and Global Accounts sales for myThings, where he established the company's New York City office and created and implemented the company's 2014 global sales strategy, defined new market positioning, and oversaw the restructuring of the sales and operations teams. Prior to that, Engwerda led sales at MediaMind, where he was instrumental in recasting MediaMind's sales proposition from a provider of rich media to a holistic platform solution.
