TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/31/14 -- Prism Medical Ltd., ("Prism Medical" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: PM), a leading provider of durable medical equipment and related services to the mobility challenged, today reported changes to its senior officer appointments. As part of the Company's restructuring plan, George Chiarucci, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company at the end July. He will be available to the Company in a consultative capacity.
