NEW YORK, Aug. 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Avenue Income Credit Strategies Fund (NYSE: ACP), a closed-end management investment company, declared on this date, August 1, 2014, a monthly dividend of $0.12 per share of Common Stock, payable September 30, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 12, 2014. Ex-date will be September 10, 2014.
