NEW YORK, Aug. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, TheLadders, a mobile career network, announced the appointment of Theodore "Teddy" Cha as the technology company's Vice President of Product. He will be responsible for product strategy and delivery for the company. Cha will be based in the corporate headquarters in New York City.

Before joining TheLadders, Teddy was the Vice President of Product at Signpost, a high-growth software as a service startup providing marketing automation and customer relationship management for local businesses. Teddy has been leading software product teams and driving startup growth since 1999, beginning at iKena (acquired by Net2Phone), GiantBear (acquired by InfoSpace), Register.com, the Gerson Lehrman Group, and Clearwell Systems (acquired by Symantec).He began his career on the foreign exchange desk at Goldman Sachs.
