American Tower Corporation Prices Senior Notes Offering

American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its registered public offering of senior unsecured notes due 2021, in an aggregate principal amount of $650.0 million. The notes will have an interest rate of 3.450% per annum and are being issued at a price equal to 99.416% of their face value. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be approximately $641.1 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. The Company intends to use the net proceeds to repay existing indebtedness under its multi-currency $2.0 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as Joint Book-Running Managers for the offering.
