NEW YORK, Aug. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard Rubenstein, president of Rubenstein Public Relations (RPR), has challenged his staff to achieve their personal fitness goals through a 10-week health and wellness challenge. Through individual health assessments using traditional measurements along with a series of questions that uncover stress levels, diet and sleep patterns, as well as social, environmental and emotional wellbeing, RPR employees will be monitoring their weekly progress to reach their personal goals.
"Our health is the most important part of our lives," said Rubenstein. "It is extremely rewarding to involve the whole team in a friendly competition that is fun and improves our health at the same time."
During the course of the 10-week challenge, the entire staff will be competing in small teams and hitting the streets of New York City once a week to participate in a group workout. At the end of the challenge, winners will be determined by which team and individuals achieved the greatest improvements to their overall health.
The challenge is being led by Toned To Win, the Official Fitness Trainers for the Mrs. International, Miss International and Miss Teen International pageants. A.T Dunn, a seasoned fitness expert with more than 30 years of experience in the field, is lending their expertise during the workouts and weekly assessments.
